I know pressure cooking is getting to be more widely known and I'm using it more and more in my cooking and I gather that this means many of my readers are as well. I know I'm always on the lookout for a good pressure cooker recipe. They are usually much faster, tastier and healthier! I usually use my Cuisinart Electric Pressure Cooker, but I have a Kuhn Rikon Stovetop Pressure Cooker and a Mirro 12qt. Pressure Cooker/Canner that I use occasionally as well.

So you need more recipes like me?

I found a great blog that has 101 pressure cooker meals to try! Yeah! That should keep me going for a while.

My Uncle Chef Brad has a new updated pressure cooker cookbook that will be available soon. And guess what? I made the food on the front cover! My sister and I got together and I made the food and she took the picture. :)
